Denise Jonasson: Administrative Project Manager
Denise Jonasson has more than 20 years of business and management experience, 16 of which have been focused in the real estate industry. She has extensive administrative skills with expertise in project management, due diligence oversight, budgeting and accounting, contract administration, and vendor and personnel supervision. In addition, she was a property manager for three years, managing two Seattle suburban low-rise, multi-tenanted office buildings. Prior to joining JC Mueller LLC, Denise worked alongside Jim Mueller at the Koll Real Estate Group and Vulcan, Inc.
Denise is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) candidate from the BOMI institute, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and a licensed Notary in the State of Washington.
