Denise Jonasson: Senior Manager, Operations
Denise is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. With over 20 years of business and management experience, 17 of which have been focused in the real estate industry, she has extensive expertise in office operations, human resources, due diligence oversight, budgeting, accounting, and contract and project administration. In addition, she was a property manager for three years, managing two Seattle suburban low-rise multi-tenanted office buildings. Denise worked alongside Jim Mueller at the Koll Real Estate Group and Vulcan, Inc. prior to joining JC Mueller LLC.
Denise is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) candidate from the BOMI institute, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and a licensed Notary in the State of Washington.
